🌟 Join Our Clients Team as a PART TIME Office Assistant! 🌟

Pay: $19-$24/hour

Schedule: Part time- 2-3 days/week | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 16-24 hours/week

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Taneytown, MD

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice that answers calls and greets visitors
  • Keep the records sharp and files in order
  • Create polished proposals and accurate invoices
  • Track vehicle maintenance and service agreements
  • Juggle multiple tasks with grace and attention to detail
  • Work your magic in Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • QuickBooks experience + AP/AR knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A detail-driven mindset and a team-player attitude
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
