Job Description

EcoDomo, a leader in sustainable and luxury architectural surfacing solutions, is looking for a motivated Architectural Sales & Project Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales and project management—working directly with architects, designers, and contractors to bring complex residential and commercial interiors to life.

In this position, you’ll represent EcoDomo’s innovative products, including wall systems, specialty panels, flooring, and stair components, while managing projects from concept through production. You’ll ensure that every detail is executed with precision, ensuring our clients experience the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with architects, designers, and contractors across North America.
• Generate quotes, proposals, and specifications for wall, panel, flooring, and staircase applications.
• Oversee projects through production, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing design guidance, technical solutions, and responsive communication.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in residential and commercial architectural markets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and project management (architectural/interior products strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of architectural wall systems, panels, or flooring/stair solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail
• High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel across North America as projects require.
• In-person role (not remote).

What We Offer

• Base salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
• Commissions: $15,000 – $35,000+ (uncapped)
