Inside Sales Representative – Fort Myers Office (Hybrid Role)

About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support, contributing to the organization's mission of serving Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. This hybrid position offers both in-office and remote work flexibility while supporting the sales and distribution of OEM medical equipment and generic pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
• Process orders for best-in-class medical equipment and pharmaceutical products with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
• Support sales goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical products (preferred, but not required).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with office tools, sales software, and order tracking systems.
