One of the largest ecological transformation companies is looking for a Data Delivery Lead to join their Hybrid team in Paramus, NJ!

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Data Delivery / Project Lead to support the Data & Analytics team on a wide range of data-driven initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role focused on providing structure, driving execution, and enabling cross-functional delivery, not from a command-and-control approach, but by working closely with the team to enable their success. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background or technical business analysis experience who is transitioning into delivery leadership or project coordination. We're looking for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, not someone overly rigid in process.

Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing projects and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles (Scrum certification is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to provide structure and drive progress on projects that span across teams, including data-centric and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team and other departments to manage projects where data is a key enabler.
• Bring structure to ongoing and new initiatives, helping the team define scope, deliverables, and realistic timelines.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of data-focused projects without micromanaging or “owning” the team.
• Act as a point of coordination between data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage task tracking, status reporting, and meeting facilitation to keep the team on course and accountable.
• Assist in implementing lightweight, scalable processes to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative environment with a focus on outcomes, not just adherence to process.
