We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Industrial Helper to support various production and manufacturing tasks. This role involves preparing parts for painting, picking and packing components, performing light assembly work, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness in warehouse areas, and operating a forklift as needed.

The Industrial Worker will support a variety of production and manufacturing tasks, from parts prep to assembly work and material handling. This position will use a forklift as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Part Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask parts to prepare them for painting, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack parts for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging to prevent damage.
• Light Assembly: Assemble components as per specifications, ensuring functionality and quality.
• Material Handling: Transport materials and products to designated areas within the facility, maintaining organization and efficiency.
• Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of both interior and exterior warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow instructions.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
