The In-house Human Resources Hiring and Training Manager is responsible for recruiting, vetting, hiring, and developing top-tier talent across all departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's high performance standards by ensuring every team member is well-trained, aligned with company values, and equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, vetting, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement structured in-house training programs for sales, production, and administrative staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding for all new hires.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit through comprehensive vetting procedures.
• Monitor new hire performance and coordinate with managers during probationary periods.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and provide ongoing education.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies in all training content.
• Track hiring metrics, training effectiveness, and employee development progress.
