Air Import Coordinator – Jersey City, NJ

Salary: Up to $70,000 DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate air import shipments from arrival through delivery, ensuring everything moves smoothly and on schedule
• Handle bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and billing
• Communicate with airlines, truckers, customs brokers, and clients to keep everyone in the loop
• Track shipments, anticipate issues, and resolve any problems before they become headaches
• Keep clients informed and supported every step of the way
• Collaborate with a team of logistics professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in air import operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs processes and documents (ISF, 3461, 7501, etc.)
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable using freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office
