This role is hybrid, requiring a regular presence at our locations around the metro area, and will serve as a key liaison with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO). You’ll play a crucial role in supporting payroll preparation, maintaining compliance, and driving full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR systems and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of HR initiatives including performance management, training, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to recruiting, payroll processes, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment with strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or the willingness to get certification)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing company or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Colorado employment laws and hybrid workplace practices.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid work environment with a collaborative team culture
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A mission-driven organization that values its people
