Job Description

The New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration is recruiting for one (1) Analyst in the Human Resources Division. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Senior Court Analyst or Court Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and providing guidance on leaves including FMLA and ADA requests.
• Processing appointments.
• Working with and providing administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director, and Principal Court Analyst.
• Assisting with ongoing review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and forms.
• Working on special projects including organizing the Student Aide Program.
• Various other administrative duties and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications:

Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Base Salary: $76,112

Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Base Salary: $64,971 Location Pay
