As an HR Manager, you will shape and execute our human resources functions while driving employee engagement and organizational success

What you will do

• Overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
• Leading employee development programs, ensuring continuous growth and training initiatives.
• Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.
• Establishing and maintaining strong employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting workplace harmony.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive work culture.
• Driving HR analytics, creating reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Leading visa processing and immigration compliance for employees.
• Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Korean a MUST.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and industry regulations.
