Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

Location: Miami Beach, FL (In-Person Role)

Type: Full-Time 9-5 (some weekend travel at times for events etc)

The Role

The Personal Assistant / Office Support is the right hand to the CEO — keeping both business and personal life organized, smooth, and distraction-free. You’ll be trusted to handle high-level organizational tasks, while also stepping in to tackle everyday jobs that keep everything moving.

Your mission: be proactive, anticipate needs, and get things done — no matter how big or small.

Responsibilities

Professional & Administrative Support

  • Organize flights, hotels, travel check-ins, and schedules.
  • Follow the CEO in meetings/events, taking names, notes, and action items.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and small projects (e.g., movers, builders, internet setup).
  • Run spreadsheets, order supplies, and manage daily deliveries.
  • Light support with social media content posting.

Hands-On Support

  • Help with home/office organization and tidying (kitchen, studios, gear, etc.).
  • Meal prep, errands, grocery runs, dry cleaning, and returns.
  • Assist with packing/unpacking suitcases and moving items between offices/homes.
  • Support house renovations or studio projects (moving boxes, working alongside contractors, cleanup).
  • Step in wherever needed — from scrubbing paint to setting up camera gear.

What We’re Looking For

  • High IQ, highly professional, polished presence — able to represent the CEO and handle sensitive tasks.
  • Extremely organized and proactive — you anticipate needs before being asked.
  • Hands-on mentality — you don’t mind rolling up sleeves, cleaning, or helping during renovations.
  • Able to juggle tasks across personal and business settings.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, online tools, and coordinating vendors.
  • Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Flexible and adaptable: travel, varied environments, changing priorities.
