The group has more than 20 campuses across China with Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High School departments. Job detailsTeach the school’s mathematics subject to school secondary students aging from 11 to 18 years oldDevelop, review, and update the math curriculum to align with state/national standards and school objectives.Guide teaching strategies, integrate technology, and ensure effective pedagogy across grade levels.Mentor math teachers, conduct evaluations, organize professional development, and manage departmental staffing.Monitor assessment data, identify trends, and implement interventions to improve outcomes.Work with administrators, parents, and stakeholders to address concerns and enhance program visibility.Oversee the department budget, textbooks, and educational tools. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or above in education or subject related fieldTeaching experience at international schools in the relevant subjectExcellent English communication skillsExcellent organizational and administrative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary of 22,000 to 34,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and overall qualificationsMonthly leadership allowance of 2,000 RMBMonthly housing allowance is 8,000 RMBPublic holidaysFully paid Summer and Winter holidaysFlight allowanceMedical health insuranceFree school placement for dependent children
