Maintenance Manager
You'll oversee the engineering maintenance operations of our Bethlehem site, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, water systems, and civil works.
This is a key leadership position focused on compliance, reliability, continuous improvement, and zero unplanned downtime.
🛠️ Reporting to: Site Head
👥 Team: 5 Direct Reports (incl. Engineering, Reliability, Automation Planning)
Key Responsibilities
🧾 Manage budgets and control maintenance costs
⚙️ Ensure 100% utility availability with minimal downtime
🛠️ Lead preventive maintenance, repairs calibration programs
📋 Oversee CMMS system Work Order management
🧯 Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety regulatory standards
Supervise civil-related activities and facility readiness
Drive KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, schedule adherence, etc.
💡 Implement innovative process improvements
👷 Manage project execution – both greenfield brownfield
🎯 Lead team development, training performance management
What You Bring
10+ years in Engineering manufacturing;
🏗️ Proven project management in EM for capex
⚡ Strong knowledge of utilities, civil, electrical, mechanical systems
📚 Understanding of codes regulations (federal, state, local)🧪 cGMP, safety, and audit-readiness expertise
📊 Familiarity with Operational Excellence continuous improvement tools
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
