A Pastry Cook II is responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. They must ensure the quality of ingredients, maintain equipment, and create recipes that meet the establishment’s standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.

Education: A degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: 1 year of experience as a pastry cook including, piping, decorating and working in professional kitchen or bakery is required.
