Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join a vibrant Christian Fellowship Church in California. This part-time position offers the opportunity to support various teams and ministries within the organization while fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the office manager, pastoral team, support staff, preschool staff, and ministry volunteers as needed.
• Greet and assist guests; serve as the primary phone contact.
• Assist with the completion of various projects as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MAC computer skills and be competent in Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer programs such as Planning Center and Shelby.
• Handle Amazon ordering and returns.
• Serve as a Welcome Table greeter, knowledgeable of church ministries and events.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated for a fast-paced environment, possessing a sense of urgency for timely project completion.
• Cooperative team player.
• Reliable and dependable.

Experience, Training & Special Skills

• High school graduate, or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Established customer service skills.

Required Work Hours

• Schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Expected hours: 24 per week.

Benefits

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Additional Details

Max Pay: $22.00 per hour

Min Pay: $17.50 per hour
