We’re looking for a Floor Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with integrity, and takes real pride in the guest experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to grow with a company that values ownership, quality, and team culture.
What You’ll Do
♦ Support the Head of Operations in driving operational excellence and team culture
♦ Lead daily floor operations with confidence, energy, and a guest-first mindset
♦ Coach, motivate, and empower team members during every shift
♦ Maintain a clean, well-organized café that reflects the Ole & Steen brand
♦ Coordinate with back-of-house, logistics, and your team to ensure seamless service
♦ Handle guest concerns with warmth and efficiency
♦ Oversee floor flow, guest seating, and service rhythm during peak hours
♦ Conduct pre-shift meetings, reinforce standards, and mentor new hires
♦ Track shift performance, labor flow, and operational needs
♦ Champion a culture of accountability, care, and Danish hygge
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, quick service, or café operations
✔ Passion for hospitality, food, and creating exceptional guest moments
✔ Strong team leadership and communication skills
✔ Calm, organized, and focused under pressure
✔ Detail-oriented with a love for high standards and quality presentation
✔ Experience managing 10–20 team members during busy shifts
✔ Familiarity with POS systems and daily reporting tools
✔ Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
