About the Role

Are you a finance leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the U.S. subsidiary’s financial operations and serve as a key link to our European headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing manufacturing organization with a strong international footprint.

As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering insights that fuel strategic decisions. You’ll oversee everything from financial reporting and audits to budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, while collaborating closely with colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Coordinate with European headquarters on group reporting, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles.
• Oversee compliance with U.S. tax requirements (federal, state, and sales tax) and support international tax reporting.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment .
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, income tax, and sales tax regulations.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience collaborating with European/Italian companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Italian language is a plus (but not required).
