Job Title: Financial Trainee

Location: St. Louis, MO 63103 (Hybrid Role)

Pay Range: $20 – $21/hr.

Duration : 6 months (Looking to Convert to Full Time Employee)

There is about 50% of travel involved so be sure that candidates can do such. They will also need their own credit card for expenses while on trips

Hours/Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM

* Payrate can go upto $29 - $30/hr. as well, during the assignment. *

Responsibilities:

• This team is part of FA (Financial Advisor) Transition Services. They offer transitioning support to experienced Financial Advisors. As such, they often have large and complex books of business. This individual will work with these FA’s to transfer those clients efficiently and accurately.
• They assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts. This team has 24-hour SLA’s in place to ensure that paperwork is in good order within 24 hours.
• A strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are a must for this position. They will be pulling paperwork from multiple locations and accurately inputting that data into their systems.
• The data is related to newly acquired Financial Advisors and the client base they are bringing with them. The accurate transfer and capture of this information is a first impression to both the FA and their client.
