We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help the CEO with these tasks:
- Help the accounting team with triaging transactions and other light accounting tasks
- Help coordinate contracts and other light legal tasks
- Answer the company phone
- Work with the Customer Success team on tickets that are not too technical
- Help with the general administrative burden
- Assist the CEO with both internal and external communication (Things like emails, English proofreading, presentations, meetings, and writing)
- Calendar Management for CEO’s personal scheduling, home and potential property management, and other personal tasks
- Create and manage light marketing content
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for CEO and potential company retreats.
-Assist in resume review, introductory interviews, background checks, and other hiring needs.
We can offer $65k-$75k per year (depending on profile), 401k matching, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, and profit-sharing bonuses.
