Job Description
A co-Operative bank in Greenwood Village CO is looking to add an Executive Administrator to their team. This person will support the management of a banking group through administrative work in areas such as budgetary planning and control, meeting planning and coordination, travel, audit tracking, and communication and information dissemination. They will coordinate the preparation of regular and special management, committee, corporate, and board reports for the group. They will oversee the development and maintenance of documents that may include policies, procedures, and internal management tools for the group. They will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the group executive and other senior managers in the banking group.
This opportunity can pay between $20-$30 per hour, and it is a hybrid role (work from home on Friday's).
