Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the environmental compliance programs including all regulatory permits.
• Manage and maintain the PSM (knowledge of), SWPP, SPCC, wastewater, and Air permitting regulatory programs.
• Monitor and analyze environmental data and trends to present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit annual compliance reports (Tier II, Title V Air, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure environmental compliance across all company activities.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to address environmental concerns and ensure adherence to environmental law and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in environmental engineering or related role.
• Working knowledge of PSM, SWPP, SPCC, wastewater, and Air permitting.
• Experience managing environmental compliance tasks.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office computer software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
