Job Description

Job Summary: Toyota of kenner is seeking an Entry Level Technician for a Full Time -salary position in Kenner, Louisiana. This individual will be responsible for providing skilled labor and technical support in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for learning and growth. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive compensation package of $17 to $21 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance, inspection, and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a technical or labor role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
