Job Description

Target Background: Prior project management experience, strong organizational skills, telecom/enterprise background preferred. No construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate customer meetings including project kickoffs and status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, and technical teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Perform critical path analysis to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to all project stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all records are updated and properly stored.
  • Maintain and track district-level data for areas like inventory and fleet if applicable.
  • Support reporting functions – generate presentations, reports, and data-driven updates.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise telecom projects (lit or dark fiber)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (customer-facing experience required)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Understanding of Ethernet technologies , OSP/ISP , and carrier installation
  • Local to Englewood, CO – flexible to work both onsite and remotely
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

🔹 Preferred:

  • Experience with fiber deployment
  • Previous roles in telecom service delivery or enterprise IT project management
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
