Description As a Junior Network Engineer, you’ll use your experience in developing algorithms incorporated into models associated with the research and technologies and systems involving traditional circuit switched networks, data networks, access technologies, wireless
systems, the media to carry such services, the protocols required for the completion of transport and services, operation of networks, management of network resources, and traffic performance modeling of such networks to support the nation’s defense and respond
to evolving adversaries. You’ll analyze current working infrastructures and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.
- Develop algorithms for models using networking and/or telecommunications technologies and systems
- Design modules representing traditional circuit switched networks
- Gather needed data to specify system/component performance and interface requirements
- Perform data captures to obtain network performance information
Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience Required skills:
- Experience developing algorithms for models using networking technologies
- Experience gathering needed data to specify system or component performance and interface requirements
- Experience performing data captures to obtain network performance information
- Experience in analyzing and modeling questions to determine technical modeling approaches
- Experience performing high-level design of the models, including system and component performances and interface requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Desired skills:
- Experience managing network resources and provisioning of the resources
- Experience in defining specific procedures to be used to solve technical problems

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $185,000 - $205,000.
