Job responsibilitiesTeach ESL courses to middle school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsComplete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school Job requirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English or related subjects or having teaching certificatesA good grasp of the methodology of teaching related subjects, with AP, IGCSE, A Level teaching experience preferredHave an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilitiesPrevious experience in an international school preferred Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 24,000RMB to 32,000RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsInternational airfare allowanceMeal allowanceWork Permit sponsorshipPaid sick leaveComprehensive medical insurance and social insurancePaid national holidays and winter summer holidaySchool placement for dependent childrenOpportunities for professional development
