- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN | Remote – local candidates only
- Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
What you’ll do as an Email Developer: - Develop responsive HTML emails for both single-send campaigns and automated programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Integrate personalization and dynamic content for segmented audiences using AMPscript
- Conduct thorough testing for display consistency and dynamic content functionality across email clients
- Maintain and improve reusable modular email templates that align with brand standards and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple brands to support email production, updates, and process enhancements
- Train and mentor other developers, contribute to documentation, and drive operational efficiencies
- Advocate for and implement email best practices to improve deliverability, accessibility, and audience engagement
What you’ll bring to the Email Developer role: - 4-year degree in web or software development or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience hand-coding responsive, table-based HTML emails
- Proficiency in AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content
- Experience with automated and transactional emails, including testing and deployment
- Familiarity with URL tagging for Google Analytics and basic analytics knowledge
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) or Figma
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, especially with automation, SQL, Dark Mode development, and multichannel (e.g., SMS) campaign support
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
