Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire | Hartford City, IN

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a leading manufacturer in the corrugated packaging industry. This is a direct hire role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term stability.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on electrical systems, including motors, starters, breakers, transformers, and circuits (up to and above 480V).
• Wire and rewire electrical panels and components, including sensors, vision/camera systems, and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and edit Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Work with schematics, meters, meggers, power analyzers, and phase meters.
• Support escalated electrical issues on large industrial paper mill machinery.
• Occasionally assist with mechanical repair tasks (bearings, gears, etc.).
• Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial electrician/electrical maintenance experience within manufacturing (distribution/warehouse backgrounds will not be considered).
• Strong knowledge of wiring, 3-phase motors, electrical panels, schematics, and industrial circuits.
• PLC troubleshooting/editing experience required.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, true industrial/factory environment with older equipment.
• A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes in workflow.

💲 Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $34 – $37.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x when available
• On-call rotation
