About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door & Window Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing door and window issues with builders and homeowners, submitting warranty information on customer’s behalf, and making necessary repairs in the field.

Examples of the type of work include window re-glazing, door adjustment's, screen installations, and diagnosing water leaks.

Duties :

• Diagnose door and window issues reported by home owners and builders
• Submit Warranty claims on behalf of home owners and follow up on manufacturers.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on door and windows in residential and commercial properties
• Complete service calls effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers to explain repair options an provide estimates
• Keep accurate record of service calls, repairs and warranty claims,
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and inventory of tools and materials

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Service Technician of 5+ years
• Strong knowledge of Door and Window systems including installation and repair techniques
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• -Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
• _ Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
