Job Description

Duties:

  • Provides support to document control and records management processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports maintenance of records management system including scanning, inventorying, secure storage, and retention in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintains GxP documents and records for manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Other duties as assigned/required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered. A minimum of 3 years of Document Control experience.
