Leading Consumer Goods Brand looking for a Director of Supply Chain

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be part of the local executive team, driving and aligning supply chain strategy with broader business goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading international supply chain operations, optimizing global sourcing and distribution networks
• Overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Driving cost efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and risk mitigation
• Implementing modern technology solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Managing supplier relationships and global vendor performance
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing or equipment-driven environment
• Proven expertise managing global logistics and international import/export
• Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
• Deep knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
