The Digital Marketing Specialist- Affiliates for Crocs is responsible for running the affiliate program for our America’s Ecommerce business. This position will support our accelerating growth through strategizing and managing our affiliate & creator affiliates marketing business, building and monitoring forecasts, developing new partnerships, and driving incremental engagement from existing relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive affiliate & creator affiliate marketing strategies to meet revenue goals, including assisting in recruiting and managing affiliate partners and creators, optimizing commission structures, and leading go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead affiliate agency and platform partners to manage day-to-day affiliate activity and strategy (commissioning rules, reversals, etc); Update agency and partners on go-to-market activations like new product launches and promotions. Compile product information and imagery aligned with priority campaigns; Lead and optimize microinfluencer / creator affiliate marketing campaigns, including partner selection, campaign briefing, and content reviews.
  • Communicate new products and Send out product samples to affiliates and creator affiliates; track success of sampling and gifting initiatives.
  • Maintain the presentation of the Crocs brand in this space to ensure our policies are being followed. Monitor reporting and flag for policy violations.
  • Track channel performance and communicate opportunities for optimization, profitability growth and improvements in competitive strategy.
  • Work with agency and director to monitor affiliate budgets, including commissioning & media packages.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute affiliate marketing calendars.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing experience required with hands-on experience in affiliate or creator affiliate advertising.
  • Background knowledge in at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.); Experience with an affiliate platform like Impact or Rakuten is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to interactive marketing functions (affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, SEO, etc.)
  • Highly Passionate about performance marketing and possesses the ability to manage the business by the numbers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agency partners & leverage partner feedback to improve campaign performance.

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
