Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team of a renowned non-profit organization in Florida. This role is integral to the office, ensuring the smooth operation of customer interactions and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. The candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic setting, handling various administrative tasks that are crucial to the organization's success.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answering a high volume of phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • De-escalating calls and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • Accurate data entry of customer information, including sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and addresses.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for customers and staff.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Must be computer savvy and comfortable with technology.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.

Required Work Hours

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Training will be conducted in the Clearwater office from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour, offering a competitive rate for the ideal candidate.
