Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the store including stocking cooler and shelves, cash register duties, customer service, general housekeeping (both inside and outside the store) and other related functions. The CCR ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to be the first choice in food and convenience.
Principal Duties
1. Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
2. Support and follow all safety and security initiatives.
3. Ensure the proper execution of programs and procedures.
4. Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards.
5. Maintain proper cash levels.
6. Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
7. Ensure the proper execution of all assigned store level marketing programs.
8. Complete all store housekeeping functions (i.e., cleaning, dishwashing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.) both inside and outside the Store Location.
9. Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times in the cooler and on shelving, including front and face shelving and cooler doors.
10. Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.
11. Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.
12. Complete training and enforce local, state and federal regulations with regard to the sale and handling of age restricted products and the sale of full service or self-service petroleum products.
13. Full Service Fueling responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
1. Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
2. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
3. Prefer High School Diploma or GED
3. Must be at least 19 years old to be considered for this position
4. Reliable transportation
5. Underground Storage Tank Training (To be provided)
6. Certification of Age Restricted Tobacco and Alcohol Training (To be provided)
