• Contract Duration: 6-12 weeks
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI - Hybrid
• Compensation: $20.00/hr W2

The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated & independent but can also collaborate well with other team members. Can follow complicated processes and procedures, detail oriented, ability to troubleshoots errors and maintain accuracy. The contractor will be responsible for all tasks related to the setup of provider demographics including entering provider demographic and credentialing information into various databases.

What you will do as a Credentialing Demographic Coordinator:

• Accurately load and maintain provider demographic and credentialing information in Symfact and related databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure provider data is correct and complete for members, providers, brokers, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor and update records as changes occur, ensuring downstream systems and processes remain accurate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors, understanding the broader impact of data accuracy on operations.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Meet established production, quality, and turnaround standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Contribute to updating policies, procedures, and training materials as processes evolve.

What you will bring to the Credentialing Demographic Coordinator role:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or credentialing.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Symfact, credentialing, or medical terminology is a plus.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and handle evolving processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional, courteous, and accountable, with a focus on meeting deadlines and results.
