About the job:

We’re seeking a Creative Web Developer with a strong blend of design skills and front-end development experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to the digital presence of multiple brands by building responsive, engaging websites that align with each brand’s identity. You'll apply best practices in user experience, design systems, and web performance. As the sole web developer on the team, you should be comfortable learning independently, exploring new tools, and solving challenges proactively. This role calls for someone who can think conceptually, execute technically, and adapt seamlessly across a variety of industries and visual styles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with website builders that support HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• A flexible design style and the ability to adapt to different brand voices and aesthetics
• A passion for building original concepts and pushing creative boundaries in web design
• Experience managing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
• A strong understanding of SEO best practices, especially keyword-focused content creation
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma
• Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries and tools
• Skill in optimizing content for performance, accessibility, and user experience on the web
• A degree in UI/UX, Web Development, or a related field
• A solid foundation in UI and UX principles
• The ability to work with CMS content using spreadsheet tools like Excel

Desired Qualifications:

• Interest in emerging web trends, including AI tools and automation in design/development workflows
• Experience developing in Webflow
• Illustration or motion graphic skills
• A knack for writing clear, engaging copy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
