Description We are in search of a Cost Accountant to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will be accountable for managing accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and handling financial services. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: - Implement and manage accounting software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Handle financial services using ADP - Create and manage reports using Crystal Reports - Utilize Epicor for various accounting tasks - Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes - Oversee accounting functions to ensure proper financial management - Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions efficiently - Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance - Manage budget processes to ensure financial stability - Oversee cash activity to maintain accurate financial records Requirements - Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cost Accountant. - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory. - Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a key requirement. - Familiarity with Crystal Reports is expected. - Experience with Epicor is an added advantage. - Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. - Ability to handle various Accounting Functions is crucial. - Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. - Auditing skills are required. - Knowledge of Budget Processes is important. - Ability to manage Cash Activity is essential.
