International growing Airline is a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Travel Coordinator to support the Crew Scheduling department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers excellent communication and customer service.
Schedule 6PM to 6AM, 12 Hour shifts
Wednesdays-Saturdays or Sunday-Wednesdays (rotating)
Start ASAP until Jan 2026
Job Duties
This role is responsible for reconfirming hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and ensuring all logistics run smoothly to support daily operational needs.
Experience & Skills Required
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills and prior hospitality / travel coordination experience.
