Position: Corporate Associate – M&A / Venture Capital

Are you a collaborative and experienced attorney looking to further your career within a supportive, team-oriented law firm? We’ve been engaged by our client to locate a Corporate Associate with 4–7 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, and complex corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate corporate transaction documents for mergers, acquisitions, and venture financings.
· Advise clients on entity structuring, joint ventures, and business combinations.
· Support capital raises and equity investment transactions.
· Conduct due diligence and manage transactional workflows.
· Provide guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other attorneys and practice groups.
Qualifications:
· J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in applicable state.
· 4–7 years of corporate transaction experience in a law firm setting.
· Strong M&A and venture capital experience required.
· Experience with private equity, securities law, or emerging companies is a plus.
· Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong team player with a client-centered approach.
Compensation:
Competitive based on experience – location sensitive. Generous bonus program.
