About the Role:
Our client, a top-ranked international law firm, is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public company reporting, capital markets, and/or corporate governance . This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters alongside nationally recognized attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise public companies on SEC reporting, compliance, and corporate governance matters
Support capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings
Handle corporate governance, regulatory filings, and board advisory work
Collaborate on M&A and general corporate matters for both public and private clients
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with public company compliance, capital markets, or governance
Strong academic credentials and law firm training
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Must be licensed in Colorado or eligible for waiver
