Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day site operations with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule
• Coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Drive subcontractors and hold accountable to high standards of workmanship
• Leads with a sense of urgency - firm when needed, professional always
• Communicate daily with the PM and design team

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience running NYC luxury residential construction
• Deep knowledge of NYC trade coordination, DOB requirements, and city site logistics
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and organized execution
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms
