Lead Our Operations: Construction Superintendent - Civil

Can be based in North Carolina / South Carolina / Georgia / Tennessee

We're looking for a dynamic Construction Superintendent to lead our specialized blasting projects. This is a critical field-based role where you'll be at the forefront of planning blast days, managing equipment logistics, and cultivating strong client relationships through direct on-site engagement.

As the key leader for our team, you'll ensure operational excellence and swift resolution of any challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of blast day planning and execution.
• Oversee the efficient movement and management of all necessary equipment.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, working collaboratively to achieve project goals.
• Champion a culture of safety and drive projects to successful completion.
• Provide decisive leadership and troubleshooting expertise in a fast-paced field environment.

Who You Are:

• An experienced professional with 5-10 years in civil construction, underground utilities, or blasting.
• A proven leader who knows how to manage projects effectively and prioritize team safety.
• A Construction Management Science graduate or licensed blaster is highly preferred.
• Organized, an agile thinker, and deeply committed to project success.
• Willing to travel up to 25% (overnight) for fieldwork.
