Construction Coordinator III

Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of a Construction Coordinator III to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing contractor construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications, while coordinating with internal teams and addressing performance issues as needed. This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position. A day in the life:

• Monitor the performance of contractors and contractor personnel to ensure safety and industry the best practices are being met.
• Document daily contractor activities through written descriptions and photographs of work.
• Identify issues with contractors’ construction performance, investigate root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Review and provide comments to design documents as required.

The wish list:

• Civil, Mechanical, Operational, CWI, Pipe welding, or QA/QC experience is preferable.
• Advanced proficiency in OSHA and site safety standards.
• Ability to use standard software packages. (Word, Excel, ORACLE, etc.)
