Join a leading company in the oil and gas industry as a Field Operator III, where your expertise in mechanical operations and compressors will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Role Overview

• Implement daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security protocols.
• Participate actively in daily toolbox meetings and regular safety meetings.
• Identify and implement corrective actions through continuous surveillance of wells and equipment.
• Function as Equipment Care Technician, performing routine maintenance activities.
• Report any issues with alarm, emergency, or shutdown systems.
• Provide clear and accurate shift change information to ensure operational continuity.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance jobs according to planning.
• Log all relevant operational events and abnormal situations.
• Take product samples for laboratory analysis and conduct field tests.
• Engage in emergency response activities and report incidents as per guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Shift Supervisor regarding operational activities.
• Diagnose well production problems and maintain wellhead equipment.
• Support ongoing Wellwork operations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of compressors and pump operations.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• High standards in Safety, Health, and Environmental practices.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with Emergency Preparedness Procedures.
• Understanding of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications.

Education & Experience

• Completed secondary education with prior experience as a Field Technician.
• OG experience is a plus.
• Mechanical background preferred.
