Job Description

Compensation : $30-$35/hr 

Location : Denver, CO 

Position : Completions Engineering Tech

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Completions Engineering Tech to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between leadership and the team to ensure smooth information flow and alignment with company goals.
• Confirm accuracy of well, cost, and production data; take appropriate actions on discrepancies and communicate corrections as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Build and analyze reports and visuals from various data sources as requested by the division.
• Understand data sources, workflows, and internal app functionality to provide support across the division.
• Develop more accurate and reliable data analyses and reporting methodologies.
• Serve as the point of contact between internal teams including Headquarters, IR, Operations, Engineering, Accounting, and IS.
• Draft internal communications to convey clear and concise messaging to the division.
• Coordinate objectives, expectations, and timelines for projects, conferences, and presentations.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met in states of operation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Assist with designing and ordering apparel and promotional materials for internal initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering, operations, or data-focused technical support role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and database reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical data clearly to multiple audiences.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in oil & gas operations or completions engineering support.
• Familiarity with production and cost data systems.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
