Nucleus is a platform where community, media, and capital meet. We work with a focused network of about 100-200 investors shaping the future of venture, along with top founders and technical builders running frontier labs and AI startups.

You’ll work directly with our founder, helping maintain deep, intentional relationships and capturing what top founders think about the best investors in the world. Through the Nucleus NEXT Fellowship, you’ll be in the room from day one with partners at top global firms and help design experiences that help them build their platforms.

Your days will move fast. One day you might host a dinner. Another you’ll update HubSpot, manage invites, or share clips that spotlight emerging talent. Every detail contributes to building the most trusted network in venture.

The Role Covers Four Core Functions

Community & Relationships

• Nurture and deepen connections across a curated network of 100–200 investors, founders, and builders
• Identify who each person values knowing and create genuine, additive introductions
• Help design and host world-class events and moments that make the top minds in venture feel seen and supported
• Partner on the Nucleus NEXT Fellowship, working directly with GPs from the world’s leading firms to curate experiences that help them build their platforms

Platform Ops & Media

• Maintain HubSpot, Notion, and workflow systems to keep relationship data clean and actionable
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communications
• Support the Nucleus podcast, clip scheduling, and content distribution
• Help refine how we show up across X and other channels to amplify the right stories in venture

Strategy & Execution

• Work with the founder on new initiatives, programs, and experiments across community, content, and brand
• Collaborate with the research team to surface insights on who founders respect and where the next gravity points in venture are forming
• Contribute to creative projects that combine data, storytelling, and relationship building

Founder Shadow & Support

• Support the founder across meetings, events, and key relationships
• Triage inbound, protect time, and keep communication flowing

You might be:

• Recent grad (will consider students) or early-career builder with range, curiosity, and strong instincts
• Someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, creativity, and people
• Community-minded operator who loves connecting dots and making things happen
• Analytical or technical athlete who’s also social and detail-oriented

Location

Hybrid in SF (2-3 days a week required no flex, must be local). Expect regular working sessions at Shack15 and time in some of the most sought after rooms in venture, including partnership meetings, events, and dinners. Ideal if open to living in NYC for 1-3mo.
