About this Position:

Job Title: Code Engineer

Key duties include:

• Design & Deployment: Design, develop, and maintain IaC scripts and blueprints for automated infrastructure deployment and management. Support deployment processes, backup/archiving, and version alignment in multi-datacenter deployments.
• Automation: Automate configuration management, workload and load balancer orchestration, environment provisioning, and IaC validation.
• Documentation: Develop and document deployment playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train teams in IaC development, pipeline management, and automated testing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in DevOps/DevSecOps, including CI/CD, automation tools (Saltstack, Terraform, GitLab, Ansible), and container orchestration.
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and tools for IaC execution and monitoring.
• Experience with security scanning, code optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud frameworks, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, and network configurations (IPv4, IPv6).

Skills:

• Knowledge of software and OS hardening best practices (OWASP, CERT, STIG).
• Proficiency with virtualization tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Mentoring and training experience.
