The Club Manager is the driving force behind the success of an Anytime Fitness location. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in sales, service, and team development. The Club Manager is responsible for growing membership, maximizing revenue, and ensuring members have an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Drive membership sales, personal training revenue, and club performance through effective sales processes and team motivation.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members.

* Leadership & Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of fitness professionals and front-line staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, goal-setting, and accountability to ensure team success.

* Member Experience:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction at every touchpoint.

* Operations & Standards:

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.

* Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships within the community to promote the club and grow the Anytime Fitness brand
• Qualifications

* Required:

• Proven experience in sales, management, or leadership (fitness industry experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

* Preferred:

• Previous fitness industry experience.
• Background in personal training, fitness, or wellness.
• Knowledge of local marketing, social media, and community outreach strategies.
