Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations at our behavioral health facility. If you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the CEO on financial strategy and policy development
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Manage facility information systems and adapt to evolving needs
• Lead monthly reconciliations, general ledger production, and financial reporting
• Collaborate on product line analysis and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years as a Controller in a healthcare setting
• Strong Excel skills and experience with healthcare HMS systems
