Drivers in the Chico, California area will run Western Regional freight - primarily hauling refrigerated goods across states west of Texas . You'll cover lanes throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington , hauling a mix of drop and hook as well as live load/unload freight. About 65% of loads are no-touch , giving you a good balance between drive time and hands-on experience.

We welcome drivers coming straight from accredited CDL programs (120 hours or more) . Our paid training program helps you transition smoothly into solo work, learning the lanes and building confidence behind the wheel.
Schedule & Home Time
This is a Western Regional position , typically 10–12 days out with 2 full days home. Routes are planned for consistent miles and rest, keeping your schedule predictable while allowing time to recharge between runs.
What You'll Haul
You'll be transporting refrigerated freight for trusted customers across the Western U.S. Loads are reliable year-round, giving you stable income even in slower seasons. Trailers are clean, well-maintained, and prepped for quick turnarounds to keep you moving.
