Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX, for a Catering Director. The Catering Director will oversee catering and event sales, direct and third party client and vendor relationships. The large majority of catering events are drop-off service. We do not offer full service catering.
Responsibilities include managing the catering vendors and clients, developing and implementing catering sales strategies, and ensuring the logistics of catering events. This role also involves maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with clients to meet their event needs.
